2 months before your event. If you have some elements of the day figured out but need some assistance with other parts of your event. This includes vendor management, rehearsal coordination, creating a timeline and day of event coordination for 8 hours. $1800 (travel fees may apply)
1 month before your event. Assistance with vendor management, creating a timeline and coordinating your wedding. You have been waiting for this day to come, now let an event coordinator deal with the final details as you and your loved ones enjoy your day. 8 hours $1300. (travel fees may apply)
Assistance with planning a fun bachelorette party or an elegant bridal shower. Usually 2-3 months before but this can me customized. $700 *This does not include day of coordination, unless requested.
We create a gift bag for each of your guests and we deliver them to the hotel your guests will be checking into. $25 each (customization fees may apply, and a delivery fee)
Need more coordinator time? $100 per each additional hour.
